Hi folks,

Since I updated my MacBook Air to 11.5.2, I get an error message in Self Service.

Jamf Pro Server cannot be reached.

Everything else seems to continue working. Does anyone else have a similar problem?

I'm using Jamf Pro Cloud.

Thanks in advance,

Florian

Can you run sudo jamf manage? If that works, then run sudo jamf policy

Hi,

thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I have the same behaviour after I have run the commands.

If Self Service is not found in the Applications folder, you can determine ... the OIT or HST Environments will be the items made available in Self Service.
