You may have noticed a few changes in Jamf Nation today. Per your request, we made it even easier to navigate to Jamf Account and the Feature Request portal! You can now access these areas in the profile menu. We hope this will get you to those links faster when you need them!   We also have some good news for the community members who were proactive in providing constructive feedback about the font size in our forum posts…we’ve enlarged it! The beneficial information you all exchange with one another will now be a bit easier to read.    And a big shout out to your helpful community member, Leo, who helped us locate a bug in the platform with the emojis that displayed in your code snippets. We alleviated this issue by turning off the ability to add an emoji via text. Now you’ll just need to insert an emoji via the text editor toolbar.    As always, Jamf Nation, I appreciate all you do to make our community fabulous!

Hi, Jamf Nation! Good news…you will soon see an enhancement to your support experience with Jamf! In an effort to always improve, we’re launching a new Jamf support portal through Jamf Account. You’ll access it with your Jamf ID. And nope, there won’t be any changes to the support email, phone number or the teams who support you.  But to reiterate, you will need a Jamf ID to access this new portal. The Jamf ID will also allow you to access more functionality within Jamf Nation (think profiles), as well as Training Courses, with a single set of login credentials.  And as a reminder, if you’re experiencing issues with Jamf Account please email success@jamf.com. At Jamf, we want to ensure you have the tools you need to meet your regulatory requirements relating to Privacy. We’ve updated our Data Processing Agreement for Customers (“DPA”) to reflect the latest set of standard contractual clauses applicable to any applicable transfer of personal data outside the EU (“2021 SCCs”), including transfers in accordance with the current United Kingdom GDPR. As part of the transition to this new Jamf Nation, we’ve taken the opportunity to move technical articles (previously known as Knowledge Base articles) to the following locations: English German French Spanish Japanese This shift is consistent with the other product documentation that Jamf publishes, and provides the following benefits: Improved information experience and content usability New left sidebar navigation with categories Formatting and layout that is more readable and scannable Cleanup: All of the articles have been evaluated for relevancy, with outdated and obsolete content removed, and some content integrated into primary product documentation (e.g., the Jamf Pro Administrator's Guide) Elimination of mixed language content in searches; localized content is now in its own "container" Searched words are highlighted in search result topics
