That’s why when something goes wrong, you need us, your Jamf Support team, to be by your side. Today we’re excited to share that the Support service you rely on is getting even better by streamlining your access to Jamfs who can best help you solve your problems at the right time. While all of the details of the enhanced process are in your email inboxes, we’re happy to share the highlights here. Updates to Jamf’s Privacy Policy

We are excited to share the most recent updates to our Privacy Policy which were made to enhance transparency around how Jamf collects, uses, and protects personal data, particularly in relation to our responsibilities when acting as a data Controller.  We have tailored the language to reflect this and have made improvements to the overall structure and writing style of the policy to make it easier to read and navigate.   In line with evolving privacy regulations, we have also added a new section outlining privacy rights for residents of the United States. The language relating to AI-powered features has also been updated to better explain how data is used, while maintaining our commitment to responsible and secure innovation. Jamf's Network Relay Service Now Available as a Release Candidate for Apple Mobile

We’re excited to share that Jamf's Network Relay service - our Jamf solution for transforming the network connectivity experience on Apple devices, is now available as a Release Candidate (RC) for production use on Apple mobile platforms (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Vision Pro). Update to Jamf Hosted Services Availability Commitment

Jamf is updating the Hosted Services Availability Commitment (“HSAC”), effective June 10, 2025. In addition to other updates, it will now be called the Jamf Service Level Agreement, and as set forth in the HSAC, we are providing 30 days notice of the updates.   Please read the updated version, which can be found on Jamf’s Trust Center. App Installers: Upcoming changes to Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat titles

Earlier this year we introduced a new App Installers binary which provided a number of new capabilities, one of the most significant being the ability to download trusted installation media directly from a vendor and then performing the installation whereas previously the installation media had to be hosted on Jamf’s cloud infrastructure.As I described in my previous post, we planned to utilise this external URL method to enable us to add titles that we were previously unable to offer such as VLC and iTerm, now both available in App Installers.We recently introduced a new App Installers capability in Jamf Pro 11.16 that allowed admins to influence the flow rate of MDM commands that App Installers sent to managed Macs in their environment to help address network congestion/capacity issues. This is controlled by the new Deployment settings option in the App Installers section of the Jamf Pro settings page.As the volume of updates for software titles continues to increase we will continue
