Jamf Protect 5.0.0 Now Available

Hello Jamf Nation! We recently released Jamf Protect 5.0.0. This release includes the following changes and improvements: The Computers Overview dashboard and the macOS Version column on the Computers page now displays the Rapid Security Responses (RSR) version. The RSR version of macOS continues to be reported in the Computer Details, under OS and in Alerts. The Apple Provided Software is Current insight also continues to support RSR versions. The new query listBaselineRules has been added to the Jamf Protect public API. The query lists information for insights including their Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmark ID. Previously, the Time Machine Volumes Are Encrypted insight reported noncompliant when a user did not have Time Machine enabled. Now the insight verifies that Time Machine is enabled prior to reporting compliance based on whether encryption is enabled or not. Jamf Connect 2.26.0 Now Available

Today we released Jamf Connect 2.26.0. This release includes the following improvement: Official identity provider namesThe Jamf Connect login window and menu bar app have been updated to provide the official identity provider name, instead of the value from the Identity Provider (OIDCProvider) setting.   To access new versions of Jamf Connect, log in to Jamf Account with your Jamf ID. The latest version is located in the Products section under Jamf Connect. Jamf Connect 2.25.0 Now Available

Today we released Jamf Connect 2.25.0. This release includes the following changes and improvements: Configuration Support for Okta Identity Engine You can now authenticate via the Okta Identity Engine in the Jamf Connect login window and menu bar app configurations.  OpenID Connect Authentication Support with OktaYou can now natively configure Jamf Connect to use the OpenID Connect protocol rather than the Okta Authentication API or manually setting up Okta as a custom IdP. Other Changes and Improvements Offline MFA for the Jamf Connect login window now supports cloud account aliases alongside local account usernames. When a user unenrolls from offline MFA, enrollment status in the com.jamf.connect.state preference domain is updated. The Jamf Connect login window no longer appears unexpectedly during Apple's Rapid Security Responses. Jamf Pro 10.48.1 Now Available

Today we are releasing a maintenance version of Jamf Pro. Jamf Pro 10.48.1 fixes the following product issues: [PI111817] Fixed an issue that caused performance degradation in cloud-hosted Jamf Pro environments. [PI111961] Jamf Self Service no longer fails to install packages over SMB. [PI112192] When editing the Jamf Setup or Reset apps in the App Catalog, Jamf Pro no longer fails to save changes. For additional information on what's included in this release, review the release notes via the Jamf Learning Hub. To access new versions of Jamf Pro, log into Jamf Account with your Jamf ID. Jamf Pro 10.48.2 Now Available

Today we are releasing a maintenance version of Jamf Pro. Jamf Pro 10.48.2 fixes the following product issue: [PI112230] Jamf Pro startup is no longer suspended after upgrading to Jamf Pro 10.48.x on an on-premise Windows server with the MySQL database configured to force lowercase table names.  For additional information on what's included in this release, review the release notes via the Jamf Learning Hub.
