Hello,
After using JAMF Mac Apps to update Zoom, some users have experienced an issue where they can’t join or initiate meetings. The app opens but becomes unresponsive, and the issue is only resolved after restarting the device. Has anyone else faced this problem, and does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

I too have this issue , not with zoom but chrome and edge it became unresponsive after the updates via Mac apps , we need to restart the device to get this fixed .

This issue may be due to a corrupted update or conflicts with background processes. Try reinstalling Zoom manually, clearing app cache , or running in Terminal before launching Zoom. You can also test updating Zoom outside of JAMF to see if the issue persists. If it does, consider deploying a restart script post-update in JAMF to prevent the problem.
