Program Overview

Ready to earn some bytes? At Jamf, we're always looking for new (and fun) ways to reward our community members for doing things that will help them achieve more success. That's what we're excited about Jamf Nation Rewards!

In this new program, you'll earn points called bytes for engaging in a variety of activities with Jamf.

Attend JNUC - earn bytes. Post in Jamf Nation - earn bytes. And the more bytes you earn, the more rewards you unlock. And you guessed it...the higher you climb. Be sure to check Jamf Account often to see how many bytes you earned and how close you are to the next level.

  • The program is available to all community members, with the exception of partners. Partners will earn all of their rewards through Jamf's Partner Program.

  • You can access Jamf Nation Rewards on your personal Jamf Account page.

  • Everyone starts at 0 bytes when they join the program.

  • You achieve different levels when you hit byte thresholds. Watch the slider bar to see how close you are to the next level.

  • You will maintain your bytes each year, and continue increasing your lifetime bytes year after year, as long as you remain active within a 12-month time period.

  • Lifetime bytes reflect the bytes you've earned since joining the program.

  • Lifetime bytes will disappear if you are inactive within a 12-month time period. Members will receive a 30-day notice.

  • You become inactive after 12 months of inactivity within the program. This is based on the date of your last action.

  • Current (Active) bytes reflect Lifetime bytes, minus the bytes used to redeem rewards.

  • Some rewards will be exposed within the program, while others will be a surprise when you reach a higher level.

  • New rewards may be added throughout the year, so visit the program often to see what's available!

    Don’t cheat – ever. This isn’t a video game with cheat codes. Think you’ve found a loophole? Congrats, you’re clever, but you’re also about to be kicked out...This program was built in a way that benefits everyone. If someone tries to game the system, everyone will lose. And let’s face it – you don’t want to be the reason that happens. Abide by the rules and enjoy the rewards you rightfully earn.

    Snitches get…Rewarded? See someone pulling a fast one? Let us know. We’ll handle the dirty work. It may sound harsh, but one person CAN ruin it for everyone. Let’s work together so it doesn’t get that far. As always, thanks for helping us maintain the integrity of our Community programs at Jamf!
