After logout from system or after reboot we need the list of users instead the default Jamf connect login screen windows please let me know how to enable this feature
You don't.You would need to disable JAMF Connect login then you could configure macOS to do this. However if you disable JAMF Connect login you also disable IDP authentication for macOS.
