Hi All,
A user requested Final Cut Pro and I noticed that we had one copy available in Apple Business manager. I followed our typical device assignment process in Jamf Pro to do the deployment and it completed the install. I then checked ABM. The FCP app had changed from available to in use. Unfortunately, the user found that it is just a trial and not licensed as I assigned. What steps am I missing? Both Jamf and ABM show a licensed version was assigned and installed to the user's machine.
