Has anyone come across issues with the software update tool reporting no updates available on Catalina 10.15.7?
Just started forcing Big Sur to cache down to all Catalina devices and I'm finding around half the estate on Catalina 10.15.7 are failing and reporting that there are no updates and no OS upgrades.
We manage software updates pretty strictly and have them rolled out in phases each month so all the automatic update settings are turned off.
I've found that I've had to switch on "Automatically check for updates" in our config profile and also not restrict access to "Software updates" in System preferences. This then seems to find updates and OS updates.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
