2021 iMacs and Wifi

We recently purchased a fleet of new iMacs for one of our school labs. We have replaced 60% of the lab's Macs so far. For some reason, they are having issues staying connected to our private wifi. If a student tries to go to the guest network, or try to connect to their phone's hotspot, it seems to forget the private wifi all together which then renders the Mac unusable until someone from the tech team can add it back onto our wifi. Apparently they have been jumping off the wifi on their own as well without anyone touching the network settings. This is only an issue with the new iMacs we have bought, the old ones still in the lab have been good. It's a nuisance because it seems like every other day there is one or two computers that has forgotten the wifi and students cant log in. Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone have any ideas? I was trying to look into having Jamf periodically check the network and re-add if not there, but I was wondering if there was a better way. Or better yet, maybe it's just a weird new Apple setting where it forgets previous wifi's?

Our new iMacs are the 2021 24" M1 model
