Excuse my aproximative English in advance.
I set up the creation of the local account using JAMFCONNECT and our Azure AD. So I have my local federated account with my Azure AD account.
We have on our IS printing spools managed by WATCHHDOC.
WATCHDOC allows to retain the impressions as long as the user has not badged on the copier. The user badge is based on the account in the Active Directory.
My concern is that my local account has no connection to my AD account. If I join my position to the domain and map my UID to UserPrincipalName, I must Authenticate at the time of printing and I have a record in the keychain.
This solution does not satisfy me because I did not want to join the Macs to the Domain.
Is there another way?
