Adding Settings to Dock or Home Page

Now that we can set the dock and home page apps - how can you add Settings? it does not come up as an App to be able to choose it.

Haven't played with it yet, but com.apple.Preferences is the app's Bundle ID, so that may help. Found this super helpful list earlier today when ridding our students' devices of superfluous stock apps:

As it turns out - once you set an app to the Home Page - Settings will appear there by default - no need to program it to be there.

Unfortunately setting any app to the Home Page config locks all other apps into place alphabetically on the rest of the pages. The user is not able to delete them or move them.
