We are in the phase of APN certificate renewal. unfortunately we don't have apple id which we used last time for renewal. Is there way to to find that apple id which was used earlier?

Any thing that can we do from MY SQL database side to identify which APN id used?

To my knowledge, there isn't, but I'm more than willing to be wrong.

If you absolutely can't figure it out, you can renew it with any Apple ID, but you'll have to follow that up by re-enrolling all the devices that are currently in your JSS so that they accept the new push certificate. What I'd then do is make sure you save a copy of the Push Cert.pem and JAMFSignedCSR files somewhere so you can upload them for your next renewal.

AppleCare can migrate an APNS cert from one AppleID to another.
They may be able to determine the AppleID based on the APNS cert serial number.
Reach out to AppleCare. It may be a pay-per-incident ticket.

My biggest recommendation around APNS certificates it to renew them quarterly (every three months).
This will ensure the APNS cert never expires. It gives you more practice renewing the cert. It provides more muscle memory for the process and the Apple ID credentials.
