APNS Apple ID

I have where I joined the company and am in charge of Jamf but I do not know the Apple ID that was used to create the APNS cert. No one seems to know what it is and I have 17 days to figure it out and renew it. Any thoughts on how to find this?

Hey Eric,

Depending on the version of Jamf Pro you are running, if you navigate to Settings > Global Management > Push Certificates, you could see the serial number of your certificate listed there. Apple would need this information to get you squared away with that push certificate and finding the Apple ID used.
