Apple Menu - Shutdown and Restart Missing

In the Apple Menu "Shutdown" and "Restart" have dissapeared. We have not changed anything, if i delete /Library/Managed Preferences then it comes back, it would appear the settings do disable the shutdown in apple menu is in com.apple.loginwindo.plist, which we have a configuration profile which includes a loginwindow payload, so i assume there is something JSS is doing with the plist. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you guys read though the release notes for 9.12? It seems this was a defect that was fixed in that version according to what I saw. its listed as D-005329 on page 15 in the release notes PDF.

Removed the profile from effected computers and then removed Login payload from profile and re-distributed to to newly assigned devices without the profile and resolved issue for us. Since we really only had a custom message in login and preference to show name and a couple other non-essential settings was not a big deal for us for time being. Looks like configuration profile stuff still buggy in 9.2 though especially with existing profiles.

Getting this issue with 9.2 also. Removing the profiles brings back these options and re-creating the profiles didn't solve the issue.
