This is more targeted for schools but I appreciate any input.
I have started a new job in a school environment as an IT Officer. One of my job roles is taking over JAMF and looking after Apple devices of all sorts. I am quite good at repairing them (out of warranty devices) and will be looking to obtain my ACMT soon.
Just wondering what one has access to when joining the SSA Program. Would someone like myself be able to do in house repairs on our devices? I have looked at the Apple SSA website but they are quite vague on what you can actually do.
