Apple TV config could not be downloaded during remote management setup. Request Timed Out.

I have a 4th gen Apple TV that was assigned to Apple Business Manager via Config 2.  From there it was assigned to my Jamf and then I scoped it to a prestage enrollment.  When the device boots up it attempts to activate and then jumps over to my remote management and attempts to download a config from my Jamf when the request times out.  Any ideas why its not getting what its looking for.  Im not even sure where I can find logs to see what is failing.

Hello, how did you get around this issue? I am currently facing the same problem, and I am not sure what the issue is.

I deleted the device from Jamf, rebuilt the pre-stage and waited for the pre-stage to say the sync with the apple servers had updated then re-enrolled the device again.  I don't really know if that was all necessary or what actually fixed the issue but it worked after that.
