Hi,
Our problems with Apple TV is it shows up OS update prompt whenever there is new OS update available. I tried to set up on every Apple TV devices to turn off automatically update option, but it still shows up the update prompt. Even though the latest JAMF Pro we still can't get rid of this prompt. Besides, we tried to pair some of iOS device to remote control all Apple TV by configuration file, it also didn't succeed. Please give us advice how to solve it.
