Application & Drive Encryption data is empty

Is anyone else seeing Computers showing empty Applications & Drive Encryption data? Starting to see it more and more which is becoming and issue when trying to obtain a recovery key for a user.

and by Drive Encryption I mean FileVault LOL spending too much time with McAfee.

I've seen this in the past.  If you run another recon on the device does it all come back?
