What method does Self Service use to authenticate users? Some of my users can log in with their creds, some can't. My JSS doesn't have any settings for LDAP.

I would think it is then based on JSS logins. In your Self Service preferences, do you require local credentials also?

We're set up not to require local redentials, but then to use our AD credentials for login.

In our Environment We use Ldap and it flows down to AD, but AD only for Windows users. I added LDAP to mine and it uses the ldap credentials.
