We've been having some issues with various different things, and I have been wanting to start having the users logging specific values when a bug happens to them, Date/Time, IP, currently connected mac address, just useful tidbits. I was thinking a button in self service that runs a policy that will write this info to a file somewhere that can be read by the JSS
Are there other, better methods for doing such? Curious to see what others are doing for logging info at a specific time/trigger.
