Hello
We currently have in our company laptops on different OS, and I would like to know if a method to block the latest update exists? Each new update is tested before deployment, but I could only lock the update for people who are on the previous update (12.2 in this case) via a smart group and locking access to the update via a profile configuration. So if a user is not on 12.2, he has access to 12.3. Do you have an idea ?

Hello Malik,
create your policy with the trigger for all devices <= 12.3 or do it for "all devices".
Or is there a reason why this isn't working?
Best Regards

Hello Felix , thanks for your response .
I wish people who are on 12.2 could upgrade to 12.2 but not to 12.3 . Basically I would like to block 12.3 for everyone.
Is it possible to block a specific update?
Or can we just block the update option?

Hey Malik,
I think you can do it with the "point restricted software" and for the right scope.
You have to choose the right process name, and maybe add some version -options:
like this, but the other way around.
Hope this helps. Maybe someone can add more information.
Best Regards
