The subject pretty much says it all. Just wanted to document that if you did what I did and locked everything down, only to find that when the iPads lose wifi access you can't do anything with them, you are not out of luck. You can hold down Home and Power buttons together to restart the iPad, and I would guess that other button combinations would work as well.
