How do you do?

We have just started testing the roll-out of BYOD and have discovered that the profile for personal devices has an .html extension.
This means that we cannot install it.
We have the problem on different iOS devices with different browsers.

If I remember correctly, you must use Safari. No other browser will work per apples "open and competitive" design.

From the screenshot it looks like you're using iOS Safari, so that seems in order.

Is your JSS on prem? If so, make sure the WWW server maps the extension .mobileconfig to MIME type application/x-apple-aspen-config . Test with a static config profile stored elsewhere on the same server.

If you're using Safari and your JSS is cloud based, its time to open a support ticket.
