Hi Jamf Nation!
I'm trying to enrol devices/purchase apps but I can't access our business manager portal
I'm literally on the phone with Apple now, and have emailed our account manager and Apple reseller. One is on leave and the other isn't allowed to access the site.
I've tested multiple working sets of credentials from multiple computers, but it just keeps us coming back to the login screen
I tested with incorrect credentials and we get the 'incorrect credentials' error
When I clear the browser cache and retry, it presents the 2FA which again confirms the credentials are correct...then we get redirected to the login page (attached)
On the system status page there is no Business Manager system status. The closest is School Manager
