Can't publish an ebook

Hi there,

Recently, I have to publish some pdf by using eBook module. I have done this before many times without problem. However, I got "availabiltiy pending" message under the eBook entry I've made and the pdf won't publish to the iPads that I have included in scope. The status keeps pending. Please help. Thanks.

Try doing the same thing people are being advised for the app side:
