Can you Disable Apple Widgets in BigSur?

So besides McAfee & Adobe being a big pain in my side, I see many "Widget"s running all the time. More unneeded fluff Apple thinks everyone wants. Is there an easy way to disable or block? May sound a bit much, but I work with a group that gets upset at every little thing that interrupts working, so anything to block junk & free up even minor resources.

ie: NewsToday2, WorldClockWidget, ScreenTimeAgent, CalendarWidget, StocksWidget, WeatherWidget,
