I'm trying out imaging High Sierra as HFS+ to get around the lack of APFS support in existing imaging tools. The issue I am running into with Casper Imaging 9.101 is that, at first reboot, the system sits at the login screen with instead of running cached installers and scripts. I can select the adobeinstall account, but of course it wants a password.
I haven't heard of this issue yet. Is it a known problem, or is there any fix?

Nevermind, despite sitting at the login screen, the firstrun stuff is running in the background. Ignore this thread!

I have seen this from time to time. Not sure why, but usually an smc reset, pram, and boot to the boot volume manually usually takes care of this.
I found this article where there is a guy who uses a post flight script to launch the JamfHelper.
