Casper VNC

I can only use CasperVNC one time, then if I try to get on another
computer it gets hung up when trying to launch CasperVNC? the status says
"VNC Server is running. Launching CasperVNC..."   I've
tried quitting and trying again, I've tried restarting my computer, will
not work, unless I wait a few minutes, then when I try again it will work
and it will contact one computer for me then freezes up again. I've let it
set for as long as 15 min and still it will not contact another computer
for me. It does the same whether it's an Intel or not an Intel.
