Hello, I haven’t seen the “caspermgmt” user account listed under user accounts before until I imaged two new MacBook Airs running 10.14.5. I removed one account accidentally (dumb mistake) and I’m wondering if there is way to re-add it without completely removing and re-adding the profile. I no longer have remote access to the machine.
Also, why is that user account showing up now? My understanding is the account should be hidden? I can’t even “enable user” because I have no idea what the password is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need physical access to the device. You will need to be able to log into a working admin account on the device.
Step 1 - create the account using the info here:

Step 2 - Go to the computer record within your Jamf Web Console. Update the management info using the matching account name and password you used above.
