Has anyone got the password sync for the Catalina SSO to work? I have everything else working. At one point, it used to work but now all it does is change the password with AD but doesn't sync with the local account anymore. And yes, I do have that enabled in the configuration.

That's interesting information, @mismith223; I'm having the same issue "all of a sudden".
This was working during our initial testing, but now our larger test group seems to be having the problem you're describing.
