Was wondering if there was a way with to enable the NPAPI Mac, Windows with Casper?

Here is what Print Logic says need to be done

• Open Chrome and go to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
• Enable the “Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows” flag highlighted in yellow.
• After clicking enable there will be a “Relaunch Now” button at the bottom of the Chrome browser window
• Click on this to restart Chrome with plugins enabled.

There might be silence on this topic because Google has already stated that the ability to over-ride disabled NPAPI plug-ins will only be included in the next version or two of Google Chrome. So any groundwork or workflow for re-enabling these plug-ins will only work for another 6-12 weeks.
