Hi Guys,

Strage issue. For some reasons users have started reporting they can't login to citrix. When i make them login to Mac as any other user, means a new account on Mac, they can login but in their old account it does not work.
I have deleted all possible files in users' home.
I tried this - deleted users home folder and let it recreate at first login. This works, and they can login to Citrix but there are multiple users on 10.12.5 running citrix 12.4 that is creating issues.
For these Macs, I have installed 12.3, 12.5, 12.6 but its same for all.

Any guidance?

I have run uninstaller and then deleted all possible files I could find. Followed this - https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX134237

We're running 12.5 and 12.6 with 10.11.6 and 10.12. > with no issues.

How are the user authenticating in Citrix? We use a combination of domain credentials and 2FA.

What's the error message the users are getting?
