So I am trying to create a package to create a user account. I added the user folder to composer and then used createuserpkg to create the user I want to automate. I dropped that file in a temp location and then added it as well to the source. To get everything created I did a simple post install script in composer to link the 2 together and then apply the correct ownership to the new user.
For some reason composer in 10.11 from the 9.81 suite hangs when trying to create this. It starts and never shows not responding but it doesn't do anything but become unresponsive. I did this on two freshly setup systems with the same result.

As far as I can tell this shouldn't be a big deal. It's pretty simple.
