Its very clear to me what the difference between the two are (one is applied at the computer level and the other at the user level. What I'm trying to figure out is what is the difference between when/how they are pushed to a machine. From what it looks like to me, if you use a Computer Level profile the profile is pushed almost immediately. But if you use a User Level profile, it seems to take a lot longer for the profile to be applied. Seems like a reboot is needed in my tests. Does anyone have a bit more knowledge/background info on theses?
