Computer not reporting macOS correctly

I have a computer that is not reporting the correct macOS version in Jamf. The computer is checking in, and also performing inventory updates. About This Mac shows macOS 14.5, but Jamf shows macOS 12.7.2. We used the Terminal command to force an inventory update, and also removed the MDM profile and re-enrolled. All those previous commands show up in Management History, but macOS is still incorrect in Jamf. Are there any other troubleshooting steps I can perform?

Delete the devices inventory record, and re-enroll (ideally with prestage). You can also run jamf recon -verbose to see more of what recon is doing. If those still dont work for some reason, check jamf and macOS logs.

Possibly since upgrading to Jamf Pro 11.5.1 we are no longer seeing the macOS Version Number being reported through Declarative Device Management. We tried upgrading three different Macs and none of them are reporting the new version number in Jamf. In order to troubleshoot we have not tried sending in a new inventory yet using the Jamf binaries.
