Config Profile- Scope = NO COMPUTERS

Hello

I see no computers in config profile..Any idea why?

policy and managed Prefs both have scopes with all machines

v. 9.8

OS: 10.10.5

Do you have any sites set up?
The above issue could happen if you selected a site under General of the configuration policy. If that site has no computers join to it, the scope will be empty.

Is your JSS set up for APN? Pretty sure that's a requirement before you'll see any Macs in scope for a Configuration Profile.

Ok, so the next question is, do any of your Macs show up as MDM capable in the JSS? That's also a requirement for them to appear in scope for a config profile.
I have a feeling you might also say yes to this though. If so, then I'm out of ideas. But hopefully there is some reason for it.

What JSS version are you running by the way?

so MDM doesnt... And 9.81 but not sure why MDM is no. Gen a new cert and everything.

@MAD0oM Try renewing the JSS built in cert and restarting Tomcat. Is your JSS installed Linux or OSX?
