I'm looking for a way to dynamically set Configuration Dictionary values for iOS apps in JAMF.
What I need is to be able to push out the serial number because a specific app requires it.
In searching to see if this exists, I found that Microsoft's MDM has a solution that can push out dynamic values (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/app-configuration-policies-use-ios).
Does JAMF have anything like this? If it doesn't, I plan on putting in a feature request.
We would like to push the serial number to an app that we push to all devices. Then the app will allow end-users to authenticate themselves, and interact with the JAMF api to update the username field.
