Creating a Package

Hello, I am trying to upload a package for a document camera application. I created a package via jamf composer, I tried uploading the package to jamf pro to create a policy to push the app, but i receive an error saying "upload failed: undefined" Did I do something wrong when composing the package?

@acamare10 Open the "Cloud Service connection" page under Setting in your Jamf Pro console and make sure you have a connection enabled. Even if you do see a green check next to "Connection Enabled" that doesn't appear to guarantee a working connection, so you might try clicking "Update Credential" and re-entering your Jamf ID.

Thank you. i don't know if I am not seeing things right but after inputting my credentials there is not button to save or confirm the changes, just a cancel button. Does that seem right?

@acamare10 That doesn't seem right, but I should have prefaced my initial response with "If you're using Jamf Cloud and a Cloud distribution point..." If you are using Jamf Cloud and not seeing a way to save your credentials you should probably open a support case with Jamf.
