Customized iPad Wallpaper and Lock Screen Background like Absolute

I'm looking for a way to push a customized iPad Wallpaper and Lock Screen Background. We have a dual MDM environment. We have Absolute Manage for 5000 IPad's that we control but I prefer Casper and we use it for about 2000 IPad's and all 8000 of the desktops. The Absolute product has the ability to push out a lock and or home screen but I don't see it in Casper. Anyone find this option?
