Dear all,
I have already enabled the IOS on my casper JSS using the APN.
Question is , how is the normal procedure to deploy apps? Via a Profiles?
Is there a way to get for an Apple ID lets say 20 licenses of an APP via Apple so I can deploy them on 20 iPads?
Thanks in advance.

As long as your Devices are Enrolled.
They should be Scoped using a Smart Group or Static Group
I recommend doing this first on a test iPad and use a free app
Under Management Tab,
on the right click Mobile Device App Catalog,
Click Add App,
Then Link to an app in the App Store
Type in the App you want, it will work as a search, so don't have to be
exact
once you find it Click Add
There will be a Deployment Box click next to it and you can change it do
deploy automatically << make sure you have the scope set to the Device you
want to have it only.
It will prompt on the iPad it wants to install App from Server, type in
Apple-id and it's there.
If you have a VPP agreement with Apple you can buy licenses for Several Apps and use the Codes in there also.

I Can Send Screenshots if needed, Hope this Helps!

Under Managment Tab
Click Mobile Device Profiles
Click Add Profile << you can from there Create a new one or Upload one you
have done from iPhone Configuration Utility
If you upload one edit it and under the General Section, there will be
Deployment Headline
Click the Box and put it in Self Service or Deploy Automatically
Make sure you have your scope set and who is in the scope will just get it
( they will not see a prompt) or it will show in Self Service.
I attached a Screen Shot
