Hi
Two queries on Adobe deployment.
We have to deploy Adobe Illustrator CS4. It has two dmg Installer and
Contents. No issues on deploying Installer and it works fine. Issue with the
Adobe Illustartor CS4 Contents, Casper does not recognize this as a Adobe
Installer. If I create a policy directly with this dmg it drops all the file
in the root volume. Most of the adobe apps has the contents. Any way to
deploy this Contents through Casper Policy?
We have to Deploy Adobe Design Suite CS4 Premium which has multiple adobe
applications. This suite source file has all the applications as a separate
dmg. How to deploy this applications?
Do I need to create a separate adobe install for all the applications and
then create a policy or any other way to do it?

For the individual contents folders, if you want to install them you'll have
to capture the installation process with snapshots in Casper. They're not
necessities, so we actually don't deploy them here.
As far as deploying CS4 Design Premium, that's what we're using here. There
are a few ways to do it. I opted to capture the entire suite install as one
Composer snapshot, as we were having issues with the installer hanging when
we just popped in the disk and told Casper that the disk was an Adobe
Installer.
Both options are there, give them a try and see what works best for you.
