Device Compliance Connection Error

I am having a problem with the Device Compliance to Intune.  I have followed all the steps and the partnership is active in Intune but in Jamf I have a connection error 

Connection verification status: Failed. Ensure the Microsoft Intune configuration is correct.

 

I am unsure of where to look next so any help would be appreciated.

In Jamf Pro, navigate to Settings > Global Management > Conditional Access > macOS Intune Integration, and click Test to view error messages. Ensure that all users have Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID P1 licenses, and that you have the necessary administrative permissions in both Jamf Pro and Azure.
