Is there a way to fetch the primary user details on to the client machine? maybe using jamf recon? I saw that we can set that value using jamf recon(jamf recon -endUsername <>). Is it possible to get those details as well?

Not though the Jamf binary. You would need to use the API to pull that information from Jamf Pro.
Thanks for the reply. Is there any specific reason for that feature not to be implemented?
