My JamfNation account uses my personal email address.
I have noticed that a recently opened ticket (initiated via chat if it makes a difference) had it's email sent to my personal email address and not my work address.
It is first time I used chat in a while too, as it was not working for me (blank page) or not available (message/chat is off).

They must have flipped some switch today because I just restarted and could not log in using my normal credentials. It also prompted to allow "Jamf ID" to have complete control over a bunch of stuff.

I did see the "Jamf ID" pop up recently too (about 3 days ago).
