Digest format issues

For what it’s worth, I wish that something could be done to clean up the digest too, if possible. I agree that it’s quite often unreadable, especially as people quote & re-quote each other about a single issue.

V37 Issue 11 is a ridiculous example of poor formatting – a single message that showed up as HUNDREDS of lines long...not sure what happened there, but wow...

I suppose I could switch to single mode & use some sort of filtering, yes. However, I already received a constant stream of status alert emails daily anyway – I MUCH prefer to receive a summary of discussions, as much of that which is discussed may or may not be relevant to our use, rather than increase my email traffic from this list by tenfold. (Not to mention it’s really putting the onus on ME to clean up after other’s over-quoting.)

I’m not holding my breath, honestly – I imagine that they have plenty to do otherwise, and I’d rather they spend time on fixing & enhancing the Suite than the mailing list...but since it came up, I would like to voice one more vote for some sort of cleanup of the digest.

Thanks for the feedback.
It is being looked into.

We appreciate you, Don and the others for bringing this issue to our attention.
