We have Macbooks under DEP which enrolls through PreStage Enrollment profiles.
What happens (randomly) is that as soon as we create the Local User Account and we get to the desktop, no Self Service is installed and no Polocy gets deployed.
Does anyone have any idea on why this is happening? We've seen that only through terminal commands to let the machine enroll again we are able to let the device complete the enrollment and deploy everything it's in its scope.
