Hi All,
I'm currently in the process of migration existing Mac's from Now to Pro. These device are in my Apple Business Manager.
The workflow that I've been following is:
1) Log into my Business Manager
1) Unassign the device from JAMF Now MDM
2) Assign device to JAMF Pro MDM
3) Wait for like 15 minutes for the device to get auto-assigned into the prestage
4) Run in terminal sudo profiles renew -type enrollment
5) Pop up comes up to add the MDM
6) Computer is enrolled.
Reason for this workflow is to ensure the device DOES not need to be wiped.
Here is the issue, this worked for like 80 devices but from some odd reason 4 devices were giving me an error 403 when I try to install the profiles
So for those users I got them enrolled via enrolment invitation.... however now they get a pop up asking them to enroll their machine although their machine is already enrolled.
Any ideas on how to stop this pop up from coming up?
