First attempt installing 9.22 on a Win 2012 server.
At first I was getting errors starting Tomacat, but it was successfully unpacking root.war according to the logs.
Then I deleted the JSS folder in Program Files and tried again, now it's failing on unpacking root.war. All the other logging is successful.
Should I expect the 9.2 .msi to work properly on a 2012 server, or do I need to wade through a manual install? I thought there was some discussion about this here, but I can't find it.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

McAfee!
Good grief, you'd think that would have been the first thing I turned off....

Can you share the logs?

I would if I could, but I'm doing this on a private network that I can only access via VPN, and have not figured out how to copy clipboard via RDC. Grrr.

We are having the same problem on a Windows 2012 Server. I disabled our Trend Micro Virus software to no avail.
I was working with JAMF yesterday on our Quick Start and could not get this to work. We were installing 9.4. I'm assuming this is some type of security problem, I am determined to accomplish this today so we can proceed. Thanks.
