Question

Errors with uploaded .pkg

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

I'm trying to upload a .pkg using the JAMF portal but whenever I try and deploy I get errors that the file is not available on the HTTP server. All our other files are deploying with no issues so I think I'm doing something wrong with the upload. If I manually try and download the file by going to the URL in the error the web page says that the requested URL was not found on the server. When I upload the .pkg through the JAMF portal I receive no issues or errors. Any tips or tricks to troubleshoot this? I've also attempted to do the upload through the Admin app and while it looks like it works I receive all the same errors that it doesn't exist.

Have you verified that the file is actually uploading properly?
Have you checked the permissions of the file to make sure they're not oddly restrictive?

TJ even though the answer was not concerning my post with the Anaconda problem your suggestion for this post brought me on the right track. Thanks
